Confession: I'm a craft supply hoarder. Although, you probably already knew that. So again...confession: I'm an office supply hoarder. (＾ᗨ＾✿) Specifically notebooks. I'm not quite sure why. Maybe because I like writing? I have no idea, but usually if my partner needs a notebook for whatever reason, he knows I could pull one out of thin air. (Okay, so not technically but you get it.)
And it's not the pretty notebooks either. You know, those cute notebook that catch your eye in the store and you just buy because...because you may need it someday? Sometimes, just regular notebooks. Honestly, I have no clue why and as I'm writing I'm questioning myself: WHY? Anyway, notepads are a whole other thing. I get those when I need them. Maybe buy a pack, use one, and save the rest for whenever. Not really into those because they're just not cute. Until now.
Sara from Summersun247 made this step-by-step video tutorial on how to make a notepad cover and if I had a car I'd probably pack up my king and make a run to the store to get supplies to make one. These can be so cute. And I love that they're reusable (of course, depending on how you make it and how you treat them says the person who shoves things in her bag trying to make everything fit. Side note: need to remember make me a new bag.) Grab some cereal boxes, glue, paper, embellishments, GLITTER, (affiliate links, btw) and whatever else you want on it and get to making your own notepad cover.
As she says, "Super super cute". I think I may want to make one or two of these...or three. We're almost done with National Craft Month. What have you made?
